Who we are
Flat Out Automations builds and runs lead response systems for trade businesses. It is run by its founder, Muhammad Talha. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Muhammad Talha, trading as Flat Out Automations, and "you" means the business using this website or our services. The free call
The 15-minute call is free and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. We may decline to book or hold a call if we do not think we can help.
Proposals, fees and payment
Before any paid work starts, we send you a written proposal setting out what we will build, what it costs, what the monthly fee covers and when payments are due. Nothing on this website is an offer or a fixed price until you accept a written proposal. We do not start paid work until you have.
How long it runs and how to stop
How long the service runs is set out in your proposal. After any initial term, monthly services run month to month, and you can stop them by telling us before your next billing date.
What we need from you
- Accurate information about your business, prices and services
- Only customer lists and contact details you have the right to use, and that people have agreed to be contacted on
- Telling us straight away if a customer asks not to be contacted
- Your own decisions about your prices, quotes and jobs
Texts, calls and the law
Every system we build follows the Spam Act 2003: messages go only to people who have agreed to receive them, every message identifies the business sending it, and every message can be stopped by replying STOP. Any calling we do follows the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the telemarketing industry standard, including permitted calling hours. We will not message or call a list that cannot show it was collected lawfully.
Results
We do the work carefully and tell you honestly what the numbers show. We cannot promise a set number of jobs, calls or reviews, because that also depends on your market, your prices and how quickly leads are followed up.
Your data and our work
Your customer data stays yours, and we will give you an export of it on request. The templates, scripts and workflows we use to build your system remain ours. How we collect, keep and delete personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Changes do not affect a proposal you have already accepted unless you agree to them.
