# Pricing — Flat Out Automations

Lead recovery for Western Australian trade businesses.
All prices in Australian dollars, GST inclusive. Last updated 16 August 2026.

## How we price

We do not quote a final figure before the audit, because we do not know what a business is leaking
until we look. Every engagement is scoped to what we find rather than deployed from a template.
The audit itself costs nothing.

## Floors

- **Build:** from A$2,500 one-off
- **Partnership:** from A$1,200 per month
- **Typical build range:** A$3,000 to A$6,000 depending on how many leaks are being closed
- **Initial engagement:** 3 months, then month to month
- **Time to live:** approximately 14 days from the audit

## What a build includes

- Full audit of where enquiries and quotes are being lost
- Missed call text back, SMS from the client's own business number within 60 seconds
- Trade-specific triage and qualification, with thresholds set by the client
- Quote follow-up sequences
- Database reactivation against past customers and dormant quotes
- ACMA SMS Sender ID Register lodgement
- Spam Act 2003 consent capture, unsubscribe handling and record keeping
- ServiceM8 or Simpro integration
- Monthly reporting on what was caught, booked and earned
- Ongoing tuning of message wording

## Not included

- SMS carriage costs, billed at cost, typically A$20 to A$60 per month depending on volume
- Paid advertising spend
- Website build or hosting

## White label for agencies

Quoted per build, or a monthly retainer for ongoing volume. Delivered under the agency's brand.
The end client never hears our name.

## What we do not charge for

- The initial 30-minute audit call
- The ACMA compliance check on an existing setup
- Scoping and quoting
